Course Description:

Learn to make your fall colors sing in this autumn themed workshop. I will be using scenes from New York’s Central Park to tell a fall story in my painting.

In this course I demonstrate:

• Ways to tell a fall story
• Simplifying composition through thumbnails
• Using Notan sketches and color studies
• Using design and color harmony to take full advantage of an autumnal feeling in a painting

Is this right for me?

This course is great for intermediate to advanced painters or with some experience in watercolor, not suited for absolute beginners.

Basic watercolor equipment will suffice, recommended materials are included in each section of the course
